Under general supervision, performs the tests ordered in the specific laboratory section(s) as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS

BLS and ACLSNational Institutes of Health (NIH)Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) CertificationSound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of current Medical Lab Technician experience.Graduate from a fully accredited Medical Lab Technician programActive unencumbered Medical Lab Technician Ohio state licenseOne year of Epic experienceCurrent MLT (ASCP) required.Credentialing through the Proficiency Examination administered under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (formerly Health, Education, and Welfare).Requirements
