Job Description:

- Required to prioritize start-of-care visits.- Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.- Next day mandatory reporting of start-of-care visits.- Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit.- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office.- Be generally responsive during normal business hours.- Territory includes Sacramento, CA, with potential expansion as needed.- Schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with one weekend a month rotation.- Training includes 3 full days, one in-house and two in the field.- Documentation system used: Kinnser.- Equipment issued includes an iPad and Verizon phone.- Mileage reimbursement available for travel from first to last patient.- Option for a company car is available with conditions.- Productivity requirement of 30 points per week.- Caseloads and visit mixes per day average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
