Job Description:

- Required to prioritize start of care visits- Responsible for supervising Physical Therapy Assistants- Mandatory next day reporting of start of care visits- Clinical notes and other documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of visit- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office- Be generally responsive during normal business hours- Coverage area primarily in Sacramento, with the potential to expand as needed- Training includes 3 full days, involving one in-house and two field days- Use of Documentation System: Kinnser- Company equipment issued includes iPad and Verizon One Talk- Mileage reimbursement for travel between patients- Productivity requirement: 30 points per week, with point to hourly conversion of 1 = 1.33 hours- Caseloads and visit mixes average to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week- Any additional hours must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
