As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by supporting the tax insurance efforts of Aon across North America.Your Impact as a Tax Insurance Broker:Aon is seeking candidates for the position of Tax Insurance Broker. Aon is the leading broker of tax insurance in North America. The tax team is part of Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions and is staffed primarily by former practicing tax lawyers. Tax insurance is actively used to facilitate M&A transactions, tax credit investments, and as a corporate risk management tool. A significant opportunity exists to broaden the use of tax insurance throughout the U.S. and North American region. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and highly motivated to contribute to the growth of this in-demand and fast-growing business.Job Responsibilities:Structuring and placing tax insurance programs on behalf of Aon’s clients.Supporting the production efforts of Aon’s retail producers and account executives.Attendance at important tax-related conferences to promote Aon’s tax insurance team and the overall M&A and Transaction Solutions business.You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:Tax lawyer or tax accountant with significant experience practicing tax law.At least 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically client-facing experience practicing tax law and proven ability to develop tax-related business.Good network among the legal and business community.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of self-direction and sound judgment.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
