Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in the Richmond, Virginia market.

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project coordination, contract management, and construction management skills.

Duties:Plan, schedule, and execute the installation of HVAC projects with field install teamsDevelop and maintain business relationships with internal and external customersOversee and manage commercial construction projects from sale to completionCreate project plans, schedules, and budgetsCollaborate with the Foreman to ensure timely project completionTrack project progress and make adjustments to meet goalsWork with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are metReview and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractorsInterpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specificationsPerform regular site visits to monitor construction and address any issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:5+ years of HVAC construction project management experience on commercial projectsStrong knowledge of project management principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate both in person and through emailAbility to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specificationsProficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Acrobat, and similar programsMust have a clean driving record and be company insurable
