The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination,

scheduling, and be organized. The candidate must also possess a deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise MEP trades on construction projectsDevelop and maintain MEP schedules and ensure they are on trackEnsure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standardsCollaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project successOversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systemsDevelop and implement quality control measures for MEP systemsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholdersEnsure all safety protocols are followed on siteManage and mentor junior MEP staff

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination, scheduling, and oversight.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferredDeep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systemsAbility to read and interpret MEP drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other professionalsUnderstanding of safety protocols and regulations
