Summary:Boutique collaborative law firm is seeking a collaborative Attorney to support their national services in the practice areas of M&A, Debt Finance, or Private Equity verticals. Provide clients with effective counsel with extraordinary responsiveness. The Attorney will be responsible for highly complex cases while typically facing Big Law as opposing counsel.Practice Area:Corporate focusing on middle-market growth companies to support Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt & Equity Financing, and General Counsel representationDispute Resolution/Litigation- commercial disputes encompassing allegations of fraud to contract rights, trade secrets, and shareholder and partnership disputesReal Estate- Commercial real estate including full spectrum stakeholders including lenders, developers, or organizations for the acquisition, development, and disposition of propertyRequirements:A Juris Doctorate from an accredited schoolPossesses a successful transferable book of business5+ years of practice experience within one of the practice areas:
