Job DetailsManage the entire lifecycle of personal injury case handling, from intake, to drafting and reviewing documents and pleadings specific to the injury claim, to appearing at court hearings, depositions, etc. on behalf of injured clients.Conduct thorough discovery and depositions tailored to personal injury cases, gathering crucial evidence and testimony that sets up the case for success.Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the personal injury process, ensuring they are informed and supported from the start of their case to its resolution.

Qualifications:Required: Licensed (and in good standing) to practice law in Arizona.Required: proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology.Desired: Experience in personal injury litigation, comfortable with any type of related legal proceedings, and familiarity with injury claims management.
