We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Technical Support Engineer for our Data Center Construction projects. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in the data center infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of AutoCAD, construction plans, containment solutions, technical troubleshooting, quantity take offs, and mechanical engineering. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, innovative team that is shaping the future of data centers.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and guidance in the construction of data center infrastructure.Develop and interpret detailed construction plans using AutoCAD.Implement containment solutions to ensure the optimal performance of data centers.Handle technical troubleshooting, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.Perform quantity take offs and manage resources efficiently.Collaborate with the mechanical engineering team to ensure the compatibility of systems.Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data center construction.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on data center construction.Proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction planning tools.Extensive knowledge of data center infrastructure and containment solutions.Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.Familiarity with quantity take offs and resource management.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.Continuous learner, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
