The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing brand awareness, particularly within the US market. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation and the ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for creating and implementing integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives, conducting market research, and setting KPIs for the team. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a strong brand identity across all channels and leading the execution of multi-channel campaigns.Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth through demand-generation activities, possess strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Experience in the technology sector, particularly in SaaS, CPaaS, or communications, and proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems are desirable. The role also benefits from candidates with 5+ years of experience working internationally.
