About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its local sales efforts, manage campaign programs, and oversee a branch office. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals, developing and executing an annual business plan, and identifying key local markets for sales activities. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to sales, as well as the ability to supervise and support a team. The Executive Director will also be involved in high-level sales, including institutional, corporate, and high-end sales, and will be the primary point of contact for these transactions.Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred) and 5-7 years' of experience in sales or nonprofit fundraising and management. FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63) is required, with training and materials provided. The role demands expertise in campaign development, event management, and board leadership, as well as strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. The Executive Director will be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers and community leaders, conduct detailed customer analysis, and oversee public relations and advertising content. The position is full-time, in-office, and may require extended hours, weekend work, and regular travel.
