About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to provide strategic leadership, executive management, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and articulating the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategy, overseeing the implementation of policies and initiatives, and creating comprehensive strategies for growth and sustainability. This role involves supervising the leadership team, delegating responsibilities, and partnering with ownership to ensure the efficiency and productivity of all departments. The President will also be tasked with business development, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, as well as leading efforts in organizational growth, change management, and risk mitigation.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role, and a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of IDD and multi-site operations. The role requires a proven track record in financial management, including budget approval, financial planning, and securing funding. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing an organization in public forums, managing multi-functional teams, and driving organizational transformation. Preferred experience includes a history of working collaboratively with an owner, leadership in a regional or national organization, and a background in scaling organizations and managing complex projects. The President will be expected to have a deep understanding of relevant regulations and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration within the organization.
