About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Business Officer to work closely with the Chairman in executing the vision for the entire portfolio. This high-impact, hands-on role involves fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, developing and managing processes, and ensuring the strategic vision is realized through the execution of key initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with the Chairman, translating strategic goals into operational reality, and challenging and advising the C-suite. A key aspect of the role is to build and enhance the company's financial and operational performance, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all stakeholders.Candidates for the Chief Business Officer position at the company must have a proven track record of successful operations and be adept at driving transformation while managing risk. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership, and a hands-on approach to both tactical and strategic management. The ideal candidate will have a BS in business administration, accounting, or finance, with a preference for those with CFO experience, and a minimum of 20 years in a dynamic business environment. Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and a diverse, multicultural workforce.
