About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join its distinguished college. The CBO will be a key leader in supporting the college's business and financial operations, strategic resource planning, and data-informed decision-making. The CBO will also serve as the primary advisor to the Dean on all financial and business operational matters, playing a critical role in the college's strategic vision and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.The successful candidate for the CBO position at the company's college will be a trusted partner to the Dean, senior leaders, faculty, and staff, and will engage with the broader university community. Responsibilities include leading a dedicated team, analyzing financial data, and coordinating departmental requests while upholding principles of sound financial management. The CBO will be expected to have a collegial, creative, and strategically agile approach, and to be an effective leader, natural collaborator, and skilled communicator.
