Responsibilities

• Manage local and national accounts in Illinois, Missouri, and New York.
• Independently handle a caseload of litigation matters.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Analyze and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare court filings, pleadings, and e-filing documents.
• Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in general litigation, complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and/or New York.
• Experience with motion practice and expert depositions.
• Leadership skills in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Effective multitasking and analytical abilities.
