Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our organization. You will be working closely with the Finance Director to ensure that our financial goals are met and that we are making informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planningAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementPrepare and present financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and performance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-makingParticipate in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing support to budget ownersMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvementContinuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracySupport ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, financial analysis, and reportingAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macrosStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience with forecasting, variance drivers, planning and performance is a plus
