Job Details

Responsibilities:Lead a team of Business Development professionals and manage their performance and developmentIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesSet and meet company sales targetsManage key client relationships and build new client relationshipsExpand the profile and reach of the company and its brandsDevelop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies and budgetIdentity and recommend new products and servicesHelp shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans on how to meet themContinuously improve and streamline Business Development processes

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fieldExperience in sales or marketing experienceExperience managing a team and leading process improvementsConstruction Industry experienceUnderstanding of how to sell full turn key projects and has experience with vertical buildingStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
