- Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, trials, and appeals.
- Specialize in Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.
- Develop legal strategies and arguments based on the interpretation of state and federal laws and regulations.
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of relevant case law, statutes, legal articles, and regulatory materials.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and trial materials.
Job Details Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.
- Proven track record of successful litigation experience, including trial experience.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
