Responsibilities:Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements, trials, and appeals.Specialize in Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.Develop legal strategies and arguments based on the interpretation of state and federal laws and regulations.Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of relevant case law, statutes, legal articles, and regulatory materials.Prepare and draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and trial materials.

Job Details

Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar and in good standing.Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on Shareholder Litigation, Probate Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.Proven track record of successful litigation experience, including trial experience.Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
