A top sales professional is needed to drive international sales growth for a leading logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned international territories.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any arising issues.
- Continuously maintain and improve knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competition.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a National sales manager or International sales manager.
- Successful experience being a hunter/prospecting and achieving sales quota.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- 10 years of logistics industry experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
