Job Description

A top sales professional is needed to drive international sales growth for a leading logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned international territories.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any arising issues.
  • Continuously maintain and improve knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a National sales manager or International sales manager.
  • Successful experience being a hunter/prospecting and achieving sales quota.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • 10 years of logistics industry experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
