We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Security Engineer to join our Tech Services team. This individual will play a key role in securing our infrastructure and ensuring the safety of our data. The Consulting Security Engineer will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overseeing the company's security systems, as well as identifying security risks and developing strategies to prevent security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, network security, and risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

MUST HAVE experience with Falcon CrowdStrike

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage security systems and protocols to protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks.
2. Conduct regular network perimeter scanning and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
3. Utilize CrowdStrike to detect, prevent, and analyze security threats in real-time.
4. Work with the Qualys platform to automate the process of discovering and reporting on IT assets, vulnerabilities, and compliance postures.
5. Develop and enforce security policies and standards across the organization.
6. Provide consultation and guidance on security best practices to various teams within the organization.
7. Investigate and respond to security incidents, providing thorough post-event analyses.
8. Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and control measures.
9. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the secure design and implementation of applications and services.
10. Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees about security risks and responsibilities.
