Experience and contribute to our unique culture while you develop and expand your career!TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNERThe Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with Ionis hiring managers and members of the Human Resources team to assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on candidate sourcing and screening.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with HR representatives and hiring managers to identify and strategize on requisition requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Define, refine, execute, and communicate search strategies.Source and evaluate qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other available networks.Conduct initial phone screens and participate in the interview process as required.Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about Ionis and its culture; answer candidate questions in detail.Ensure a seamless, consistent, and positive candidate experience.Maintain partnership with LinkedIn Recruiter team.Analyze industry trends in talent and suggest improvements to existing processes and methods, including reporting metrics.Evaluate internal recruiting and candidate interview processes and provide suggestions for improvement.Assist hiring manager and HR representatives in determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions as needed.Measure and communicate progress regularly on each assigned requisition to hiring managers and assigned HR representatives.Effectively represent Ionis at external and virtual recruiting events.Assist with administrative support as needed, to include:Creating and maintaining requisitions.Posting job ads for open positions.Maintaining staffing reports and metrics.Immigration process and administration.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of experience and education.Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in Recruiting/Staffing.Minimum 1 year of experience with independent candidate sourcing and outreach; experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Jobs preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.Excellent organizational skills.Demonstrated experience delivering consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Desired:Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma industries.Knowledge of UKGPro Recruiting Gateway and/or SAP.Please visit our website,
