strategic partner
who can pivot across multiple departments, including
IT, Finance, and Production (Superintendents, General Foremen) , to meet hiring demands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our
talent acquisition processes , ensuring best practices, and holding hiring managers accountable for a structured and efficient hiring experience.Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the
construction industryProven ability to recruit for a variety of roles across multiple departments, including
IT, Finance, Production (Superintendents, General Foremen), and other key business functionsStrong ability to
partner
with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on best hiring practices and ensuring compliance with hiring processesAbility to pivot and manage changing priorities based on workload demandsEffective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsProactive problem-solver with a
process-improvement mindset , capable of enhancing and implementing TA strategiesExperience with applicant tracking systems ( Jobvite a plus ) and proficiency in MS Office applicationsResponsibilities:Manage
full-cycle recruitment , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for a wide range of rolesBuild and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with workforce planning needsWork closely with leadership across
IT, Finance, and Production
to meet hiring goals and provide consultative TA supportDrive process improvements
within Talent Acquisition and hold hiring managers accountable for adhering to best practicesUtilize Jobvite ATS to manage requisitions and documentation efficientlyEnsure a
positive candidate and hiring manager experience
through clear communication and seamless processesStay current on
industry trends and DE&I efforts
to enhance recruitment strategiesRepresent the company at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as neededContribute to
talent acquisition projects
and cross-functional initiatives as directedSeniority level
