The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing discovery processes, taking depositions, and engaging in multidistrict litigation (MDL). This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Location:Duties:Handle all phases of products liability litigation, including drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to discovery requests.Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.Manage document collection, review, and production related to litigation.Analyze causation and failure issues in product liability matters.Participate in multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies and support clients.Provide excellent client service, ensuring timely communication and case updates.Participate in team efforts to manage and resolve complex legal matters.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation.Strong background in drafting legal documents, responding to discovery, and conducting depositions.Experience in managing complex discovery processes and handling document review.Familiarity with causation and failure analysis techniques.Knowledge and experience with multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state proceedings is preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational and case management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Active membership in the California State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to the California State Bar.Skills:Strong litigation skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.Excellent case management and organizational abilities.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
