This opportunity offers a collaborative work environment, professional growth, and the potential for partnership.Location:Duties:Handle plaintiff's personal injury cases, including Auto, Premises, and Construction cases, from inception to trial.Manage and independently take cases to verdict.Maintain a superior track record of verifiable trial successes.Collaborate with other legal professionals to strategize case development.Provide excellent client service throughout the trial process.Participate in the firm's growth and move towards partnership.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury law.Proven trial experience, having successfully taken at least 10 plaintiff’s verdicts.Strong knowledge of Auto, Premises, and Construction law.Ability to independently handle cases from start to finish.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in New York.Skills:Expertise in plaintiff’s personal injury law.Trial preparation and courtroom experience.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with a focus on case strategy and outcome.
