Hiring Priorities:Executive Finance Leadership: Strong background in finance operations, FP&A, and strategic planning to drive organizational growth. Experience in executive finance roles, preferably within the insurance industry.Business Acumen & Builder Mentality: Strong executive presence & a true interest in building businesses.F&A Department Build: Proven track record hiring & developing team members with the goal to deliver consistent / repeatable process & value-add.Preferred Experience:Insurance Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulatory environment.Change Management Skills: Experience leading financial transformations and change initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.Responsibilities
Capital & Growth Strategy: Architect & execute upon a capital plan that aligns with firm strategic goals and strategy. Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement long-term financial strategies.F&A Team Build: Build the right team / department to support aggressive M&A and organic growth.Exec / Board Guidance: Be a true executive-level leader with direct engagement and management of board & financing relationships.Transaction Advisory: Provide expert guidance on M&A and other financial transactions to maximize firm equity value & positioning.Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to support decision-making.Team Management: Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Salary: $325,000 - $425,000 a year
