  • Contract length: 13 weeks
    Job Requirements
  • BLS certification required
  • License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start date
  • ARRT certification required
  • COVID-19 Vaccine required
  • MMR vaccination documentation required
  • TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date
  • Health Statement required within 365 days of start date
  • MGB Criminal Background Check required within 45 days prior to start date
  • MGB Massachusetts CORI required within 30 days prior to start date
  • MGB Resume required for submission
  • MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
  • MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required upon acceptance of assignment
    Additional Details
  • N95 Fit Test required within 365 days to start date and updated annually
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination preferred
  • Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th)
  • Documentation of chest x-ray required if positive on TB skin test
