Silicon Valley area, California, North AmericaScope:This role is a part of the leadership team of the NA Transportation business and will be responsible for the overall leadership of a key customer account in the Automotive Sector.Working closely with internal and customer stakeholders, the Engagement Manager will be responsible to position Quest Global as Trusted Thinker Partner for the customer by developing a deep understanding of the customer business, developing / seeding ideas, formulating strategies and working with the team to implement solutions.What you Must Have:Deep domain knowledge of the Automotive Industry and associated product engineering & digital servicesStrong background in Engineering or Engineering led programme delivery with knowledge of Automotive products & product lifecycleExperience in a Customer Facing role with financial / delivery accountability either in an OEM or in an Engineering / Technology services industryStrong analytical ability to hold an in-depth in a conversation, comprehend information, understand the “Bigger Picture” and articulate thoughts and ideasAbility to work with people and get things doneAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsWould be a big advantage to have:Background in SDV / HMI-UX Software / Infotainment / Digital Solutions / Product EngineeringPrior experience working with General Motors or Tier 1Experience in consultative led selling / value selling in technology servicesPrevious experience of operating in a matrix organization working with diverse stakeholdersExposure to sales / account management in Engineering Services industryExperience of working with Automotive clients in Silicon ValleyInnovative and advanced presentation skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor or equivalent degree. MBA or Executive Management will be an added advantage.Overall relevant work experience of 15+ years – In NA Transportation / Automotive in Engineering Management / Programme Delivery / Sales or Account Management.Seniority level
