Job Summary:
This is a 13-week local contract nursing job requiring a registered nurse with experience in intensive care units. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active RN licensure in Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU settings.
- BLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
