CFO, VP Finance AdministrationREMOTE (With periodic travel requirements to Hawaii)Job Description:The Director of FP&A will serve as a key leader within the finance department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Adhering to GAAP standards, this role is critical in generating monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and reporting for publicly filed 10-Q & 10-K. As a trusted partner to business leaders, the Director of FP&A will provide valuable financial insights and support to help management make informed, data-driven decisions and find opportunities for continual improvement.Responsibilities:Financial Planning & BudgetingFinancial Analysis & ReportingCost Control & Profitability AnalysisBusiness Partnering & Strategic Decision SupportSystems & Process ImprovementsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field5-10 years of experienceManufacturing experience is a mustStrong in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysisERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Excel; Hyperion Planning and JET reporting is not required, but strongly preferredExceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and cross-functional teamsStrong leadership skillsMUST be willing to travel periodically to the location of the plant (in Hawaii)
