This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex regulatory, administrative, transactional, and litigation cases in a dynamic legal environment.What You'll Do as the Environmental Law Associate:

Handle a diverse range of matters related to land development and natural resource managementWork on project development, CEQA and NEPA compliance, public lands and mining issuesAddress air, water, and energy regulationsParticipate in land use litigation, including writs of mandateAssist with real estate transactions as neededMust-Haves as the Environmental Law Associate:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the California State Bar5+ years of experience in land use or environmental lawStrong academic recordExcellent analytical, writing, and communication skillsFamiliarity with CEQA and NEPA processesNice-To-Haves as the Environmental Law Associate:
