Role Overview

As our Case Coordinator in the Pre-Lit & Demands department, you will support our legal team by organizing case assignments, liaising with clients and medical providers, and ensuring the smooth progress of each case through the Pre-Litigation process.

Daily Tasks

  • Review new sign ups to determine potential case value, liability concerns and the client's specific needs.
  • Distribute all new matters to our case management teams.
  • Work directly with our Pre-Litigation Auditing team to balance caseloads.
  • Track case progress and provide timely updates to clients and attorneys.
  • Assist our front desk team to ensure calls that are distributed, are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Bring a positive and team-oriented attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Your Skills

  • Experience in Pre-Litigation case coordination for personal injury cases is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on client relations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple case files.
  • Proficiency in case management software (experience with Litify or similar tools is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively with legal teams, medical providers, and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred, bachelor's degree a plus.
  • 1-8 years of experience.
