Successful candidates will have JD and CPA License with experience with GAAP, Auditing Private or Public Financial Statements, and High-Stakes Disputes.

Qualifications

3-5 years of M&A Litigation experience, Commercial & Transactional, Dispute ResolutionJ.D. and CPA license are REQUIRED.
