Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.Guide and advise clients in taking appropriate legal action.Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Handle depositions, hearings, and trials effectively and professionally.Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a litigation associate.Extensive background in civil litigation, dispute resolution, and litigation management.Proven experience managing large caseloads, including conducting depositions, trials, and hearings.Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Compensation
