Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounting Specialist in Nipomo, CA.

As an Accounting Specialist you will:

- Process vendor invoices, payments (check runs), accounts payable, accounts received and procurement functions.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure accurate financial records, timely payments and efficient purchasing processes to support business operations.
- Reconcile accounts, handle vendors and customer inquiries.
- Manage collections and payment schedules.
- Create and manage PO’s, maintain vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of supplies and materials
- Other task as assigned.

1st Shift | Monday - Friday 10AM-3PM with possibility of working Full Time

Pay rate: $26.00 - $29.00/hr.

The Qualified Candidate will have:

- 2+ Years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bookkeeper and Procurement Experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office
- Attention to Detail
- Organization and Problem-Solving Skills
- Procurement Experience is a plus
