The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across various settings and the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs. Key responsibilities include: Planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of patient care. Adhering to professional nursing standards and best practices. Providing leadership through precepting, informal mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives. Delegating patient care based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, and available resources. Demonstrating strong communication, mentorship, and teaching abilities. Participating in committees or projects as needed. This role requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Scheduling: 1 year of travel required, 2 years of recent RN hospital experience required. Need acute care experience. *Priority 1* - 8-Hour Shifts: Straight Evenings & Every 3rd Weekend. Weekends will be 12-hour Day/Evening rotation or Evening/Night rotation. *Priority 2* -12-Hour Shifts: Day/Night Rotation & Every 3rd Weekend *Priority 3* - 12-Hour Shifts: Straight Nights & Every 3rd Weekend Requirements: BLS and MN RN license required 1 year of travel experience required, 2 years of recent RN hospital experience required. Need acute care experience.
