Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring adherence to Zaru's high service standards.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate daily front-of-house activities, maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
  • Inventory & Financial Oversight: Manage supplies, oversee cash handling procedures, and contribute to budgeting and financial planning to maintain profitability.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing special events and private parties, ensuring all guest requirements are met with excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a front-of-house management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong skills in team supervision, training, and motivation.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant management software, reservation systems, and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage guest feedback professionally.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
