Job Summary The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining service quality and addressing customer concerns.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall floor operations.
- Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling team members.
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a front-of-house management role (restaurant, hotel, or related hospitality business).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
