About The Role
In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales team. This is a high-ownership role where you will gain exposure to AI, health-tech, and a fast moving growth minded tech startup.
This role might be for you if…
You have at least 8 years of experience building and scaling B2B midmarket and/or Enterprise sales organizations in techYou are a top-performing player-coach, you have held and blown out quota in the past 3 years.You started in a sales leadership role at a company that was under $2M and grew that company’s revenue to $15M+You have deep operational chops and are amazing at building and optimizing scalable processesYou’re motivated by ambiguity and love to problem solve and figure it out!You have incredible work ethic and operate with extreme ownership and have a founder mindsetYou have extensive experience in managing complex sales processes, with a focus on building and sustaining long-term client relationships.You have a strong existing network of both Account Executives and prospects in the healthcare industry, with the ability to expand and deepen these connections.You’re enthusiastic about joining a small, energetic team and working in person in San Francisco.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the midmarket healthcare provider group segments.Act as a key member of our leadership team, responsible for the GTM strategy and achievement of our revenue targets.Recruit top-performing Account Executives and Business Development Representatives from your network to build your sales team.Support your sales team as executive sponsor on large contracts.Coach all sales team to realize full potential.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.Build the frameworks, models and processes required to mature the sales organization and get to a repeatable, scalable function.Play a key role in building our culture as the company grows.Take full ownership of your book of business, being accountable for delivering results and driving revenue growth.Bonus Points:
