VP of Sales
to lead their ambitious growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the sales function at a high-growth fintech, drive significant revenue growth, and leave a lasting impact on the payments industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals, scaling the team from its current state to drive significant growth.Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales team, growing the current GTM team of 8 to achieve impactful results.Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders, focusing on partnerships and innovative strategies like ambassador programs.Drive new revenue streams, leveraging outbound strategies, account management, and partnerships with accounting firms.Requirements10+ years of sales leadership experience in FinTech, or payments, with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.Proven track record of scaling sales teams from $25M to $80M - $100M.Experience leading teams including BDRs, channel sales, and implementing incentive programs and affiliate lead generation.Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on GTM strategies.Data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in CRM tools.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has an attitude for sales growth (familiar with playbooks and scaling strategies), and enjoys leading diverse teams.Seniority level
