platform is FDA 510(k) cleared and software-based.Automates Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) exams for ease and efficiency.Removes the need for specialized CMR technologists.Integrates seamlessly into standard mixed-use MRI scanner schedules.Compatible with leading MRI scanner brands.Reduces workload stress for technicians.Improves overall comfort and convenience for patients

Position Responsibilities:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities, imaging centers, and radiology departments.Articulate the value proposition of this software, emphasizing its ability to produce clean MRIs without reliance on highly skilled technicians.Act as a "player/coach," directly engaging in sales efforts while supporting and mentoring the sales team.Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles.Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the executive team.Experience & Skills:Required Experience and Qualifications:Proven experience in sales leadership within diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology.Strong knowledge of MRI technology and imaging workflows.Demonstrated ability to sell innovative software solutions in the healthcare sector.A "player/coach" mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on sales activities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Compensation $200k-$250kFlexibility to grab a desk at our office in downtown Palo Alto and/or work from home.Here
