We are seeking a passionate and strategic thinker to join our rocket ship on DoorDash for Business, DoorDash’s B2B corporate offering. In this role as an S&O manager, you will be building two of our most critical new surface areas: driving non-contracted business spend on DoorDash, as well as growing from 2 to 60 our Business Profiles product. You will craft a strategy, gain cross-functional and leadership alignment, and implement your strategy to drive new business to DoorDash amongst our business users. You will dive into the details and be an operator, when needed, to gain learnings and drive results. This role will be incredibly cross-functional, and you will work closely with our product, analytics, marketing, B2B sales, sales strategy, and engineering teams.As a DDFB S&O manager, you will report to the Senior Manager of S&O - DDFB Corporate Pod who is a respected team builder, has a wealth of DoorDash knowledge, and has a reputation for prioritizing developing her people. You will work closely with sales, product, eng, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to turn your strategic vision into reality. Strategize:

Understand the needs of our DDFB clients and potential clients, prioritize those needs by level of impact, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop solutions for our clients.Operate:

Dive into the details and quickly scale your initiatives. You will work directly with xfn partners to execute both short- and long-term plans, driving growth for our existing clients. Your role will require you to work cross-functionally to resolve blockers and gain followership amongst your partners.Build:

Lead the development of new growth opportunities from 0 to 1. You will create roadmaps for future product and market expansion, helping us determine where to invest resources to achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate:

Work across teams—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Ops—to develop and launch new product enhancements and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll also partner with sales teams and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow managed accounts.Construct:

Bring structure to undefined opportunities. You will navigate ambiguous environments and create playbooks and templates where none exist, driving strategic initiatives forward.Analyze:

You have

6+ years of experience

in strategy and operations, product management, product marketing, sales strategy, or consulting. Experience in high-growth startups, particularly in scaling a business from 0 to 1, is highly preferred.You have a

proven track record

of leading cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a fast-paced, complex environment.You are an

operator

who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in to learn.You are an

analytical thinker

who can distill complex data into actionable recommendations. Intermediate experience with SQL or other data tools is required.You are

customer-obsessed

and comfortable talking with clients, partners, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.You thrive in
