We are ooking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Warehouse Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pipes, valves, fittings (PVF), plumbing supplies, or a related industry. You will assist customers at the sales counter, provide product recommendations, manage inventory, and ensure efficient order fulfillment. Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) - ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Experience in PVF, plumbing supplies, or related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing materials.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish , assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Assist customers at the counter with product selection, technical inquiries, and order processing.
- Utilize knowledge of pipe sizes, fittings, valves, and industrial supplies to guide customers effectively.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking products and organizing warehouse materials.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate product needs to purchasing.
- Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to drive sales.
- Ensure the counter and warehouse areas remain clean and organized.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
