Job Description: Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing, to ensure staff and patient understanding of treatment plans. Demonstrates sensitivity to patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while evaluating their response to care. Supports organizational programs that promote quality patient care. Manages department and patient activities efficiently to maintain a well-organized workflow. Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, fostering a professional and respectful environment. Requirements: Travelers need to be CVICU nurses that will be working on ICU and floating to CVICU Required: HEART trained Two-year recent Critical Care experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred. Previous Travel Required BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
