Job Description

• Manage a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, handling all stages of litigation from filing to resolution.
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of three years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Strong litigation and case management skills.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
