Job Description
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters, including municipal law, redevelopment, tax exemption, and labor and employment disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and manage discovery processes.
- Represent clients in depositions, court conferences, and hearings.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, providing strategic legal support.
- Engage in direct client interactions, including attendance at day and evening meetings.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 3 years of attorney experience. (More experience welcomed!)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in NJ litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
