Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a UI Development Team Lead to lead a fast-growing consulting services company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interface templates/pages and elements for multiple enterprise web applications.
• Collaborate with team members to identify usability issues and provide recommendations.
• Work with managers to understand business objectives and provide technical assessments, UI recommendations, risk analysis, and development estimates.
• Determine the technical feasibility of approaches with proof-of-concepts to mitigate project risks.

Requirements:

• Five years' experience in graphic design and user interface development for commercial enterprise web applications.
• Expert-level knowledge of user interface design patterns, visual design elements, and web technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON programming languages.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.

Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000-$140,000.
