Piper Companies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support an award-winning tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track multiple KPIs for business objectives
• Process information as it pertains to business flows and recommend enhancements
• Maintain effective deadlines for project completion
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, business procedures, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within IT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills - hands-on configuration with tools, data searching, querying, joining tables, etc.
• Strong experience interfacing with developers and taking on detailed tasks

About the Role:

This position will be based in Durham, NC, working 3 days a week. The Business Systems Analyst will support business data processing and lead the process of enhancing workflows to make informed data-driven decisions.
