Job Title: Registered Nurse

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN Per Diem I, you will provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, work within the nursing process, and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients
• Work within Hospitals, Nursing division, and departmental policies
• Implement and document individualized care plans incorporating age-specific considerations
• Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained
• Participate in orientation and precepting new personnel
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients/families

Requirements:

• Program Graduate (Essential)
• 1 year directly related experience (Essential)
• CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers w/in 30 days (Essential)
• RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM (Essential)

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this position include Heavy Work, exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people.
