Job Description$20-30 DOEPerform repairs and maintenance throughout the plant including screen changes,conveyor belt repair and adjustment, wear parts replacement, crusher liner changes andwater pump service. Perform cutting, grinding and welding as needed.Perform daily inspections and proactive maintenance of plant equipmentMaintain service and lubrication reports to ensure preventive maintenance is currentOther duties as assigned to assist with the operation of the plant including, but notlimited to, cleaning, washing, sweeping and shoveling materials.

Work ExperiencePlant maintenance experience in the aggregate/quarry or construction industry isrequiredKnowledge of general principles/practices of industrial maintenance, construction oraggregate/quarry is requiredPrevious experience working with concrete a plusCutting, grinding, welding experience is requiredAble to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer/company demands.Able to work outside in all types of weather conditionsHave working knowledge of industrial tools, their uses and maintenance.Experience operating Heavy EquipmentAbility to work individually and as a team to accomplish tasks.
